We believe in a transparent and merit-based selection process. Every application goes through a clear, structured 3-step flow:

2. Complete a Task: If shortlisted, you'll receive a role-specific task that simulates the kind of work you’ll do at Sentienta.
3. Interview: If your task is selected, we’ll schedule an interview to discuss your work and motivations in more detail.

If you’re selected after the interview, we’ll onboard you for the role you applied for. Simple and fair.

Sentienta QualityAI operates in small, highly focused teams — each with 3–4 experts working end-to-end on a domain. As an intern, you will be working directly on real projects with close mentorship. All applicants must submit a 1-page essay explaining their strengths, weaknesses, and why they are a good fit for the role they are applying for.
